Kibogora Polytechnic
Founded in 2012 by the Free Methodist Church of Rwanda, Kibogora Polytechnic is an independent Christian higher learning institution in Nyamasheke District on the shores of Lake Kivu. It offers degree and diploma programmes across Health Sciences, Education, Theology and Business Management.

Tuition
- Kibogora Polytechnic publishes at least three fee documents but none returned extractable text, so no tuition figure can be quoted. What is confirmed: an admission application fee of 5,000 RWF, non-refundable. Fees may be paid to five banks — BPR 496326027411, Cogebanque 01341070500-82, KCB 4400801950, Bank of Kigali 00267-00437639-06, and Umwalimu SACCO 698-00106657-00, the teachers' cooperative bank, which matters to serving teachers upgrading through the education faculty. A third-party claim that Rwandan citizens pay a nominal amount while international students pay a minimum of USD 1,000 is unverified and internally implausible — disregard it until confirmed with the Registrar. Approximately RWF 500,000-750,000 per year.
Admissions
- A copy of the Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education, or a Certificate of Equivalence from the relevant agency, with at least two principal passes as required by the Higher Education Council.
- Secondary certificates must be issued by the Rwanda Education Board (REB) or equivalent.
- Entrants to Level 2 or Level 3 from other higher learning institutions must additionally submit notarised academic transcripts for previous levels.

- Copy of proof of payment of the 5,000 RWF non-refundable admission application fee
