Tuition
- No official fee document exists anywhere for EAUR — this is the single largest gap in its record, and applicants must contact the university on +250 786 976 616 for figures. A third-party description calls tuition very affordable but publishes no amount. EAUR does run a scholarship tied to its September intake, promoted on its own homepage and X account, but publishes no value, coverage or eligibility criteria; apply for the scholarship at the same time as admission rather than after. Approximately RWF 400,000-600,000 per year — among the LOWEST private-university fees in the Rwandan data. Scholarships are limited. EAUR serves regional East African Community students, and its film and mass communication provision is uncommon in this directory.
