Tuition
- Fees are published per semester in the prospectus PDF, which is not machine-readable. One documented figure: Post Graduate Diploma in Education at 400,000 RWF per semester over four semesters. Application fee 20,000 RWF per programme, payable by Mobile Money (*775#, select MKUR) or UrubutoPay (merchant TH45112042). Registration requires three passport photos, a national ID copy, a plastic file and a ream of photocopy paper. Approximately RWF 600,000-1,100,000 per year, with HEALTH AND NURSING PROGRAMMES AT THE HIGHER TIER — budget from the upper figure if you are applying to pharmacy, nursing or medical laboratory sciences. THREE INTAKES A YEAR (September, January and May) is the most flexible entry schedule in the Rwandan data. PHARMACY COUNCIL OF RWANDA recognition is recorded, which matters for professional registration.
Admissions
- Two principal passes and a subsidiary in any two subjects with a minimum of 13 grade points, or an equivalent recognised by the Higher Education Council and the Rwanda National Qualifications Framework.
- All applicants must verify academic transcripts through the Rwanda Notary Authorisation before admission.
- The applicant's name must match academic documents exactly; discrepancies delay processing.
- Passport photos must be clearly cropped, well lit and show only the face. Poor photos may cause rejection.
