Master's programmes are a flat 1,600,000 RWF for the full two years. Administrative and tuition fees are IDENTICAL for national and international students, stated three times in the official fee structure. Annual registration is 40,000 RWF including student card and insurance. Graduation fees: 230,000 RWF undergraduate, 220,000 polytechnic, 360,000 postgraduate, all non-refundable. FEES VARY BY CAMPUS AND SCHEDULE, AND THE GISENYI CAMPUS IS SUBSTANTIALLY CHEAPER: Kigali day RWF 600,000-690,000/year; Kigali evening or weekend RWF 660,000-750,000/year; GISENYI CAMPUS RWF 420,000-480,000/year.
