Tuition
- Approximately RWF 550,000-800,000 per year, varying across the theology, education and development studies tracks. No fee figures are published — contact the college on +250 791 222 722 or info@eacc.ac.rw. Two things to confirm before enrolling. First, accreditation: the college's own site does not state its HEC accreditation or degree-awarding approval, so ask for it in writing, particularly for the nursing and midwifery programmes. Second, for nursing and midwifery specifically, Rwandan qualifications also require recognition by the National Council of Nurses and Midwives alongside HEC accreditation — without it a graduate cannot register to practise, so ask about that separately.
Admissions
- Entry requirements are not published. Rwandan colleges typically require an Advanced Secondary Certificate with at least two principal passes as required by the Higher Education Council; nursing and midwifery normally require science combinations with specified grades in Biology and Chemistry. Confirm with the college.
- Ask for written confirmation of HEC accreditation, and for nursing/midwifery, National Council of Nurses and Midwives recognition.
