Kepler College
Kepler College (formerly Kepler College of Astrological Arts and Sciences) is an online vocational institution for the study of astrology. While historically based in Seattle, Washington, U.S., it now operates exclusively online. It is named after the mathematician and astronomer Johannes Kepler (1571–1630). Kepler College was founded in 2000 as an unaccredited institution of higher learning that was authorized to grant degrees from 2000 until 2010 by the Higher Education Coordinating Board of Washington State. Its programs were based in the liberal arts and it offered degrees in astrological studies with a focus on the history of astrology. Since 2010, students have been awarded certificates of completion of a course of study, plus a diploma (KPDA - Kepler Professional Diploma in Astrology) and an advanced diploma (Kepler Advanced Professional Diploma in Astrology).
Programmes
- Bachelor of Arts in Project Management

Tuition
- TUITION FIGURE DELIBERATELY NOT PUBLISHED. Kepler's own two domains and its external materials give four different amounts (2,500,000 RWF, 1,000,000 RWF, USD 1,650 domestic / USD 3,200 international, and 1,000,000 RWF in 2022 reporting). Confirm directly before quoting any figure. What IS certain: a non-refundable annual registration fee of 50,000 RWF, 100% deferred payment available to Rwandan students who repay five years after securing employment, full scholarships for refugees and people with disabilities, and income share agreements via Chancen International. International applicants are excluded from deferred payment and must pay upfront. Tuition covers all modules, graduation and diploma costs, academic support, internet access, student services including a nurse and counsellor, and campus events. Approximately RWF 1,200,000-1,800,000 per year, BUT SCHOLARSHIPS ARE EXTENSIVE — full and partial need- and merit-based grants heavily offset the listed fee, so do not rule Kepler out on the sticker price. IT IS ALSO THE ONLY INSTITUTION IN THE RWANDAN DATA WITH DOCUMENTED REFUGEE INCLUSION PROGRAMMES, alongside dedicated support for female students and a technology loan scheme.
