Africa College of Theology

Kigali, Rwanda · College · Private institution · Founded 2008 · Accredited by Higher Education Council (HEC), Rwanda · Taught in English

Founded in 2008 under AFRICA NEW LIFE MINISTRIES. Second phone: +250 788 300 000. Applications are made via act.ac.rw or by direct on-campus submission at the Kicukiro campus — note that the act.ac.rw/admissions page returned 404 at the time of recording, so go through the main site or apply in person.

Programmes

• Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Leadership
• Diploma in Bible and Theology
• Postgraduate Diploma in Theology and Leadership

Tuition

• Approximately RWF 400,000 to 600,000 per academic year. ASK ABOUT MINISTRY PARTNER SCHOLARSHIPS — scholarship support is available through Africa New Life Ministries partners, which is a funding route a secular private college would not have, and it is worth pursuing before assuming you pay the listed rate.

Admissions

• ENTRY: Advanced Level Certificate (A2 / S6) with AT LEAST TWO PRINCIPAL PASSES for diploma and degree programmes.
• A PASTORAL RECOMMENDATION LETTER IS ALSO REQUIRED. This is a concrete document to arrange early — it is not a formality you can produce on the day, and it is unusual among Rwandan institutions in this directory.
• Apply through act.ac.rw or by direct on-campus submission at the Kicukiro campus.
• ASK ABOUT SCHOLARSHIP SUPPORT THROUGH MINISTRY PARTNERS.
