- Rwandan AND East African Community students pay the same lower rate — a real advantage for applicants from Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, South Sudan and the DRC, and easily missed. Year one for Rwandan/EAC students: 552,000 RWF (Day), 603,750 (Evening), 465,750 (Weekend), payable in three instalments due 1 September, 30 November and 28 February. Non-EAC international students pay 662,400 (Day) or 724,500 (Evening) in year one, rising to 1,052,940 and 1,127,460 by year three, plus 50,000 RWF annual registration and 80,000 RWF annual health insurance. Fees apply across all three campuses. Figures were extracted from a scanned document with OCR artefacts and should be checked against the official PDF. Approximately RWF 500,000-700,000 per year. ADVENTIST CHURCH MEMBERS MAY QUALIFY FOR DISCOUNTS, alongside academic merit awards — ask directly. Extensive evening and weekend programmes make it workable alongside employment.
