Tuition
- Tuition: RWF 0 to 600,000 per year
- Government-sponsored students pay no tuition and receive a monthly living allowance, health insurance, learning materials and accommodation assistance where applicable. Privately sponsored students pay approximately 600,000 RWF per year, payable in two installments, plus registration of roughly 50,000 RWF for new students and 25,000 for continuing students. Application fee 5,000 RWF, one-time, new students only. Visiting students pay registration plus 70% of the credit price per credit taken. Fee figures come from third-party sources and should be confirmed with RP.
Admissions
- Completed Senior 6 for applicants from general education, or Level 5 for applicants from TVET, with a completion certificate.
- At least two relevant principal passes in core modules or subjects related to the chosen programme.
- Advanced Diploma applicants should hold an A-Level certificate in a technical field from a TVET or scientific school with passes in directly related subjects.
- Advanced Diploma holders applying for BTech submit academic transcripts and certificates instead of A-Level or Level 5 certificates.
- RP is open to any person fulfilling the admission requirements, and admits full-time, visiting and exchange students.

Required documents:
- Senior 6 certificate or results slip, Level 5 certificate, or NESA equivalence for international applicants
- A copy of a National ID, or a valid passport for international applicants
- A valid accessible email address
- Payment of the 5,000 RWF non-refundable application fee
