African School of Governance
The African School of Governance (ASG) is a graduate institution launched on 16 October 2024, with its campus located in Kigali, Rwanda. It was established to offer world-class graduate programmes in policy, research, governance, leadership, and management, aimed at developing future leaders on the African continent.

Tuition
- Tuition: USD 15,000 to 15,000 per year
- Approximately USD 7,000-10,000 per year, quoted in US dollars, with heavy fellowship and scholarship availability. Provision is POSTGRADUATE (Master of Public Policy plus executive education). Accredited by HEC under Ministerial Order No 001/MINEDUC/2025, with an academic partnership with the LEE KUAN YEW SCHOOL OF PUBLIC POLICY at the National University of Singapore.
Admissions
- A Bachelor's degree with a Second-Class Upper, or equivalent GPA, from a recognised institution.
- Minimum two years of relevant professional experience in public administration, policymaking, governance, NGOs or related sectors. Exceptional early-career applicants with strong academic ability and leadership potential may be considered.
- A clear commitment to leadership, public service and community impact, evidenced by project or team leadership, policy or governance work, community initiatives, civic engagement, or innovation and social impact activities.
- GMAT and GRE are not required.
