Tuition
- No MUST-specific fee figures could be verified, though it appears in a January 2026 listing of Kenyan universities offering courses from as little as KSh 5,000 per semester. Request the current structure from info@must.ac.ke or +254 714 805 731. As a public university MUST students access both Universities Fund scholarships and HELB loans, means-tested across five household-income bands; apply at hef.co.ke once KUCCPS places you. Meru living costs are well below Nairobi. Kenya's funding framework is under active litigation and reform, so treat any figure as dated.
Admissions
- The national minimum for degree entry is a KCSE mean grade of C+, with programme-specific cluster requirements set by KUCCPS each cycle.
- MUST's own entry requirements were not published — contact info@must.ac.ke before ranking your KUCCPS choices.
- For engineering programmes, ask for written confirmation of Engineers Board of Kenya accreditation, which determines whether you can register as a professional engineer.
