Tuition
- No ANU fee figures could be verified — request the current structure from admissions@anu.ac.ke or +254 703 970 520. For context, Kenyan private university fees generally run from roughly KSh 100,000 a year for arts and business to over KSh 500,000 for law, health sciences and specialised technology. The funding position matters as much as the price: as a PRIVATE university ANU accesses HELB loans ONLY, not Universities Fund scholarships, which are reserved for public institutions — so a needy student would receive more public support at a public university. Confirm ANU is on the current HELB list before assuming loan access. Kenya's funding framework is under active litigation and reform, so treat any figure as dated. The university also publishes complaints@anu.ac.ke for grievances, separate from admissions.
Admissions
- The national minimum for degree entry is a KCSE mean grade of C+. ANU's own requirements were not published — contact admissions@anu.ac.ke.
- ANU holds a full CUE charter, which means it awards its own degrees rather than operating under interim authority.
