It was an initiative of the Association of Former Students of Charles Lwanga High School in Sarh and was established under decree No. 704/PR/PM/MESRI/SEESRI/SG/DGSRI/DES/2017. Its program follows the LMD system and focuses on: economic sciences and management sciences, electrical engineering and computer engineering.
