Tobruk University
Established as an independent university in 2016, Tobruk University evolved from a branch of Omar Al-Mukhtar University that was originally founded in 1991. The university comprises 15 faculties across multiple campuses, offering a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in fields such as medicine, engineering, law, economics, and humanities. It serves a large student population in the eastern region of Libya and is committed to regional development and scientific research.
