Established on October 29, 2020, by presidential decree, Universidade Rainha Njinga a Mbande (URNM) is a public higher education institution based in Malanje, Angola. The university was formed through the merger of several local polytechnic and agro-food technology institutes, alongside the integration of faculties from Lueji A'Nkonde University.
