Université Thomas Sankara (UTS), formerly Université Ouaga II, is a public university on the outskirts of Ouagadougou. It was created in 2007 to relieve the University of Ouagadougou and took its current name in 2020. It specialises in economics and management, law and political science, and science and technology, at Licence, Master and Doctorate level, with more than 65 diplomas and a doctoral college.
