Namibian College of Open Learning
The Namibian College of Open Learning (NAMCOL) is Namibia's state open-learning college, set up by Act of Parliament in 1997 to give adults and out-of-school youth a second chance at education. Most learners study secondary (NSSCO/NSSCAS) and pre-entry tertiary courses by distance, while its smaller tertiary programme awards certificates through to a master's, mostly in education and youth and community development.
