Faculty of Medicine Al-Azhar University Girls Branch Cairo
The Faculty of Medicine for Girls, Al-Azhar University, Cairo, was established in 1964 and became an independent entity within the university in 1979. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate medical programs, including Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B., B.Ch.), Master's, and MD/PhD degrees. The faculty is accredited by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE) in Egypt, having achieved accreditation in 2014 and subsequent renewals in 2019 and 2024. It operates in conjunction with Al-Zahraa University Hospital to provide clinical training and healthcare services.
