Cairo University Kasr Alainy Faculty of Medicine
Originally founded as a military hospital and medical school in Abu Zaabal by Antoine Clot Bey, the institution relocated to its current site in Cairo in 1837 and was renamed Kasr Al Ainy. It officially joined Cairo University in 1925. Today, the faculty offers comprehensive undergraduate and postgraduate medical programs, operating alongside a massive network of teaching hospitals that serve millions of patients annually.
